    Role:

    Frontend Lead Engineer

    Challenge:

    Create a single place where customers could explore all website components from their rendering host, modify their properties, and instantly preview the results - without adding components to a page.

    My contribution:

    • Shaped the frontend architecture for an interactive component environment with real-time rendering and property editing.
    • Built and evolved key frontend features as the product expanded from component exploration and real-time previewing to AI-assisted creation of new components, variants, and component fields.
    • Led frontend features from early product discussions through implementation, working closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA while maintaining 85%+ test coverage.

    SitecoreAI Sites

    Role:

    Frontend Lead Engineer

    Challenge:

    Sitecore needed a new experience for customers to create and manage sites and site collections in XM Cloud. Our goal was to build and launch the new Sites UI as part of the XM Cloud product.

    My contribution:

    • Migrated iframe-based micro-frontends to Module Federation and leveraged data prefetching with TanStack Router, reducing cold-start page load time by 65% (from 8.0s to 2.8s).
    • Took ownership of key frontend features, breaking product requirements into technical tasks and driving implementation through delivery.
    • Built the new frontend experience in React and collaborated closely with Product, UX, Backend, and QA throughout development.
    • Helped establish frontend quality practices, maintaining 85%+ unit test coverage to reduce regressions and support reliable releases.

  3. Cloud-native content editing experience built with React and GraphQL

    Sitecore XM Cloud Explorer

    Role:

    Frontend Lead Engineer

    Challenge:

    Build a new React-based content editing experience while reusing the existing Angular Field Editor to meet the initial release timeline without blocking delivery on a full rewrite.

    My contribution:

    • Built the frontend from the ground up with React and TypeScript, contributing to the application architecture and core content editing workflows.
    • Designed the integration between the new React application and the existing Angular Field Editor, allowing mature functionality to be reused during the transition instead of delaying the release for a full rewrite.
    • Led frontend feature delivery end to end, from scope clarification and task breakdown through hands-on implementation and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, Backend, and QA.

    Sitecore Horizon Content Explorer

    Role:

    Senior Frontend Engineer

    Challenge:

    Make it easier for content authors to find and manage items in large websites by providing a searchable and filterable alternative to the traditional content tree.

    My contribution:

    • Architected the frontend as an Angular micro-frontend, enabling Content Explorer to operate as an independent module while integrating into the broader Horizon application.
    • Built a Node.js GraphQL mock server that decoupled frontend development from backend availability and allowed the team to develop and test features independently.
    • Contributed reusable components to the shared @speak/ng-bcl design library, helping standardize UI patterns across Sitecore applications.
